Research

Until 2013 I was pursuing my Ph.D studies at the Berlin Institute of Technology in Berlin, Germany at the lab for Security in Telecommunications. The topic of my research was in the field of operating systems with a specialization on microkernel based systems. My advisor was Prof. Jean-Pierre Seifert.

• The project NEMESYS - Enhanced Network Security for Seamless Service Provisioning in the Smart Mobile Ecosystem is a EU FP7-ICT funded project, under the grant agreement no: 317888.
• Architect of Simko3, the next-gen "Merkel-Phone" (Wirtschaftswoche). Simko3 employs two virtual machines on the Galaxy S2 smartphone. Simko3 is brought to market by Trust2Core, a startup by Deutsche Telekom.
